Built for everyday Indians who deserve better finance tools

OnlineFinanceTools is a free collection of financial calculators made in Nagpur, Maharashtra — because the tools that exist are either cluttered with ads, require a login, or are just plain confusing.

Every calculator on this site is completely free, works instantly without any login, and is updated for FY 2025-26 rates. That's the promise — no dark patterns, no paywalls, no confusing UI.

Why I built this

I was trying to calculate whether it made more sense to put money into PPF or a mutual fund SIP. I found tools that were slow, buried under banner ads, or required me to sign up just to see a number. That felt wrong. Financial clarity should be free and instant.

So I built the tools I wished existed — fast, clean, mobile-friendly calculators that work without any friction. No account needed. No data sold. No pop-ups asking you to "upgrade." Just the maths, clearly explained.

What this site does

OnlineFinanceTools offers a growing collection of Indian finance calculators covering investments (SIP, PPF, FD, NPS), loans (EMI, home loan, car loan), tax tools (GST, income tax, HRA), and salary calculators — all updated regularly for current FY 2025-26 rates and government rules.

Each calculator includes a plain-language explanation of the formula used, a worked example with real numbers, and an FAQ section answering the questions most people actually have. The goal is not just to give you a number — but to help you understand what that number means.

What we believe in

Free forever
Every calculator on this site will always be free. No freemium. No premium tier. The site is supported by non-intrusive Google ads.
No login, ever
You should not need to create an account to use a calculator. Your data stays in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
Accuracy first
All formulas are verified against RBI, SEBI, and government sources. Rates are updated every quarter. If you spot an error, please let us know.
Made in India
Built by an Indian, for Indians. All amounts are in rupees, all examples use Indian financial products and tax rules.

A note on accuracy

All calculators use standard financial formulas. However, these are estimates for planning purposes only — not financial advice. Mutual fund returns are not guaranteed. Tax calculations are based on general rules and may not account for your specific situation. Always verify with your bank, CA, or financial advisor before making investment decisions.

If you find a calculation error or an outdated rate, please contact us — we update the site as soon as we know.
